Launched in September 2013, Red Homes Evesham was established to bridge the gap between traditional ‘High Street’ agents and online agents by providing a high level of customer service, based from its High Street office, for a Sole Agency Fee of just 0.75% + VAT on a No Sale No Fee basis. They have received lovely feedback and many referrals since 2013 so hope this successful business will continue to grow in the coming years.
The office is open Monday to Saturday (and Sundays by appointment). Outside office hours Laurence and Penny can be contacted by phone (01386 570404) or by mobile/text (07805 653488) from 8.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. Mon-Fri, 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. Sat and 10.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. Sun.
Laurence has many years’ experience in sales so has a great understanding of what is expected and required to provide both sellers and buyers with excellent customer service. Penny, who spent most of her working life as a receptionist for the privately owned Evesham Hotel, has previously worked for estate agencies in both Evesham and Chipping Campden but, in more recent years, has run her own successful bookkeeping business. With the combination of their life experience and knowledge of the area Laurence and Penny will provide anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Vale with an invaluable professional, efficient and friendly service to help guide and smooth the path to their new home.

After a meeting at the house, when pictures and measurements were taken and the fine details discussed, the advertisements, were promptly posted in the local paper and on-line.
